Here is a selection of work that I loosely describe as intuitive abstracts. Worked with no precise end result in mind, I allow myself to be guided by the ebb and flow of the paint as it contacts the canvas. Several of these paintings are multi-layered, which allows me to define a greater depth to the piece. In general, I approach this style of abstract with palette knife initially followed by more precise definition with brush.
